To Secure Preorder With Down Payment


  1. Add items to cart. In cart, select "Proceed to Checkout."

  2. Checkout as usual. When you get to "Payment Information," select "Purchase Order." You'll be prompted for a PO#. Enter "5% Preorder."

  3. Your preorder request will be processed within 1 business day. Upon processing, you'll be emailed a PayPal invoice with partial payments enabled. Note: PayPal account not required to pay invoice.

  4. Your place in the preorder line will be secured upon completion of 5% down payment.

  5. You'll be sent a notification to pay the balance around the time of items' arrival. We'll notify you ASAP. Once balance is paid in full, preorders will be fulfilled in the order received.




Do I Need a PayPal Account?


No. PayPal invoice is a secure way to pay with any credit or debit card. If you wish, you may pay with a PayPal account, but it's not required.



Can I Put More Than 5% Down?


Certainly! To do so, enter PO# "X Down," where X is the amount you'd like to put down, in Step 3 of instructions above.



What If I Don't Pay the Balance Upon Arrival?


By making a down payment, you secure your place in the preorder line and commit to paying balance upon availability of that item. Upon being notified of availability, you'll have 2 business days to pay your balance.

If you do not or cannot pay your balance, you may request to defer your preorder to a later shipment. Such extensions are determined at our sole discretion, primarily depending on forecasted availability.

If you neither pay your balance nor respond to your notification of availability, down payment and any other payments made towards your preorder will be converted to store credit at no charge and your order will be closed.

IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR PRE-ORDERS AFTER REPEATED ALLOCATIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE FURTHER PRE-ORDERING PRIVILEGES.

Preordering is a service that allows you to get the gear you need reliably, without hoping you're the first in line the day that it arrives.

By holding inventory for you, we withhold it from someone else. We also accept substantial overhead, but we think you're worth it.

That said, to maintain a fair environment for our community, we reserve the right to decline, cancel and refund future preorder attempts from customers who do not honor their preorders or abuse preordering privileges.



Can I Change the Items in My Down Payment Order?


Down payment secures inventory and pricing of specific items. Therefore, down payment orders are not editable.

If you wish to change the items in your down payment order, we'll convert any payments made into store credit that you can apply to your new order.

If you intend to change some items in your down payment order, we recommend placing a separate order to avoid losing promotional pricing or availability of remaining items.
